Photography Workshop

In celebration of the Clara Weisheit photography exhibit, we’re excited to offer a photography workshop that’s perfect for beginners and hobbyists alike! This hands-on session, taught by photographer Martin Unrue, will guide you through the essential photography techniques and tips for capturing compelling images, just like Clara Weisheit did in her stunning portraits of Jackson County life in the 1920s and 30s.

Whether you’re new to photography or simply looking to improve your skills, this workshop is for you. Clara’s work was all about capturing the spirit of the people and moments that mattered most to her, and now it’s your turn to learn how to tell your own story through the lens!

📅 Date: July 12th
⏰ Time: 1pm
📍 Location: Ripley Public Library
💲 Cost: Free Admission

This event is made possible with the generosity of an anonymous sponsor, in honor of Clara’s historic contributions to the history of Ravenswood.
