In a small group max. 4 persons or for you as a single student. What will you be doing/learning this day? We start with an introduction round and explaining of what Reiki is. The Universal Life Energy that flows through each of us and that you can pass on this power/energy through your hands, we call this βhealingβ. You can also pass on this healing power to yourself, to someone else, animals, plants or food. We will go through this in detail about how Reiki originated. You will learn everything about the history and origins of the traditional reiki method. This is also stated in the course book that you'll receive at the start. During the course day you will learn the meaning and applications of Reiki. You'll learn the Reiki treatment on yourself and there is plenty of attention for learning on how to give the beautifil Reiki energy to others. We practice a lot.
