The Greatest Knight

To celebrate the life of one of Tintern Abbey’s greatest patrons, Cadw will once again be welcoming Chanz des Reis and the Conroi back to Tintern for the anniversary of the death of Isabel Marshal, wife of Earl William Marshall.
Living history, medieval re-enactment, music, talks and displays will transport the abbey back to its earliest days, to honour the life of Earl Marshal and his influential spouse - as the Greatest Knight return.
