Relief Printing – Woodcut Printmaking Workshop
Learn the art of Relief Printing. In this workshop you’ll learn to cut away parts of a wood printing surface to create a raised design. You’ll view demonstrations of different techniques and you’ll be provided with the tools to practice those techniques. Using a printing press, you’ll get to print your design on different types of paper.
Instructor: Jim Johnson
Cost: $65 per participant per session
Class size: 9 participants maximum
Class time: 11am-4:30pm
Age: Ages 16 and up
