An introduction to sketch comedy and narrative writing, this sampler course will cover premise development and its growth into full sketches and even toward fuller screen and stage plays.

Students will tackle satire, situation, rhythm and more to hone in on their unique comedic voices. We will also jump into improvised writing exercises to surprise ourselves and look towards narrative structuring from a sketch comedy foundation.
