Frost Fire Department 1st Ever BBQ Cookoff

-August 2nd, 2025 5:00 pm turn in deadline
-Pick up Ribs August 1st, 2025 at 5:00 pm
-3 Racks of Ribs Supplied
-$30 Entry for both classes
-Guest Judges
-Contestants will be judged on 6 Best Ribs and 1 Side of Choice
Judging is based on
-1 to 10 Scale on Ribs (Appearance, Taste, and Tenderness,) 30 Point Max
-1 to 5 Scale on Side of Choice (Appearance/Creativity and Taste) 10 Point Max
-15 Pro Class spots available-Pro spots are required to vend BBQ Foods for customers day of event, preferably 3-6 pm but can vend all day Saturday if cooking on site
-10 Rookie Class spots available
-Cash payouts both classes
-1st $750
-2nd $500
-3rd $250
-Pro class is also competing for a $2500 Napoleon Prestige 500 Gas Grill
-3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Events
-Live Acoustic Band
-4 Daughters Winery Bourbon and Whiskey Sampling
-Batch Cocktails, Wine, and Beer available for purchase
-KFMC Live remote for Custom Golf Cart Giveaway
