FARM SCHOOL: Charlotte's Web

Join us on Friday, August 1st for a Farm School session about the main characters in Charlotte's Web, leaving students with knowledge about the fascinating animals who star in this classic, such as Wilbur the pig, Charlotte the spider, the goose, and her mate, the gander, the two sheep, and a rat named Templeton. Students will be introduced to the concepts of the “food chain” and the interdependence of all living things, understanding that animals (including humans) and plants need food, water, and air to survive. Animals get food from plants or other animals. Plants make their own food and need light to live and grow.
