Cheese Making 101

We will explore the magic of transforming milk into cheese with just a few simple ingredients in this one-day intensive workshop. We will discuss the fundamentals of cheesemaking while tasting a variety of locally produced cheeses and then we will get in the kitchen and make fresh, delicious cheese that you will be able to take home.
