Join me for a wonderful Summer Solstice Beach Yoga Evening on Minnis Bay Beach.
We meet at the Coast guard station at 7:50 pm and set up on the beach. This is a very gentle yoga class suitable for everyone
After the class I will be providing a refreshment of prosecco, herbal tea or soft drink that we can have as we watch the sun set on the beach.
Bring a mat & blanket.
This is our 4th year running this event and we can't wait to share it again with you all
