September is National Recovery Month and National Suicide Prevention Awareness. Now more than ever, it’s important to remind ourselves and others that there is hope and help.

To honor this message, Live 4 Tomorrow Today (L4TT) is proud to host our 4th Annual 5K+ Run & Walk—a 3.5-mile, family-friendly event open to runners and walkers of all levels.

Registration begins: 7:00 AM

Location: Dawson Grange Community Fairgrounds, Dawson, PA

Distance: 3.5 miles (Run/Walk)

💜 Why We Run:
Live 4 Tomorrow Today exists to educate, support, and bring awareness to recovery, suicide, and overdose. Our mission is deeply personal, and we hope it becomes just as meaningful for you and your loved ones.

Run or walk in honor or remembrance of someone special—or simply to show your support.
👕 Each participant will receive a custom shirt. Be sure to indicate what you'd like printed!

💸 Registration:
$25 – by mail or online

$30 – race day registration
