Join us for 'a great night in' with fitness, live DJ & BBQ all included in the price

The final event in our tri-series will test the 'Metcon'

15 mins per AMRAP
- 10 Shuttle Run + 10 Burpee
- 10 Wallball Lunges + 10 Sit Ups
- 10 Box Overs + 10 Ring Row OR 5 Pull Ups*

*Equal scoring for ring rows / pull ups and can alternate each round
*2 Min transition between AMRAP's*

Waves of 8 athletes will move through the exercises with the total combined distances combined.

Prizes will be given to:
- 1st Male
- 1st Female
- 1st Masters Male (40+)
- 1st Masters Female (40+)

The combined leaderboard with see up crown the winners of the tri-series
