Honey and Mead Tasting Class at Eagle Ridge Resort

Come and enjoy a full sensory honey tasting experience, as you taste light, medium, and dark colored honeys as well as creamed, crystallized, and direct from the comb honey. Engage all of your senses as you use a flavor wheel to identify the aromas and flavors you experience as you taste each honey. Each attendee will make honey tasting notes and we will compare as we go along.
At the end of the tasting, each attendee will receive a glass of honey mead wine to further enjoy honey in another delightful way.
