Captain Geech and the Shrimp Shack Shooters are a cover band from the Midwest that plays a variety of music, including disco, funk, and classic Top 40 songs from the 1970s and 1980s. The band describes their show as an energetic, non-stop musical ride that takes the audience back in time. They've been voted "Best Band", "Best Rock/R&B Band", and "Best Local Band" in several Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa readers polls.
