Join Sun and Bloom Farms for a workshop series on fueling your creativity in the kitchen to match your holistic lifestyle goals.
Following the signals of the seasons, we look to what vegetables and fruits are being grown to inspire our meals and recipes. In each workshop you’ll taste, touch, and get to know a handful of in season varieties. We’ll then demonstrate delicious recipes of each to incorporate into your routine. In this series, we will also include our popular “Kitchen Herbalism” which will give you ideas on how to incorporate medicinals into your vinegars, oils, honeys and more. Come prepared to participate and have fun! Guests will taste creations and take home a prepared kitchen herbalism creation.
This class is led by Anna Maria Desipris, co-founder of Sun and Bloom Farms, farmer, farm cook, and herbalist.
