Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem is about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles who want to be accepted by humans. The turtles are sheltered from the human world by their father, Splinter, who fears humans will not accept them. The turtles team up with April O'Neil, a student journalist, to take on a crime syndicate and an army of mutants.
