4:30 - bike checks

5:00 - 3 bike rides to choose from (please wear your helmet):
1) slow family-friendly local ride (playground stop included) w/ Trevor
2) faster and more challenging Green Circle Trail ride
3) OR even faster roadie ride w/ SPCC/PASTA

6:30 - return to D1 for:
