7th Annual Heron Trail Run 5K

Join us for our 7th annual 5K in memory of our dear friend Dave McDonald. Dave loved to run, he loved The Heron, and he loved music—so we're honoring his spirit with a weekend of movement, music, and community.

🏃‍♂️ The 5K kicks off Sunday August 10th at 10 AM! Registration is FREE, and all are welcome to run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines.

What to Expect:

🏃‍♀️ A well-marked scenic trail for all experience levels
🎶 Live music and a fun, welcoming atmosphere
🍔 Delicious food available for purchase
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family-friendly activities throughout the weekend

Registration is FREE, and donations are welcome! This year, all proceeds benefit the Mental Health Association in Chautauqua County, supporting mental health and addiction recovery through peer-led services.
