Rice Street Block Party

Celebrate the Heart of Kauai in Downtown Līhuʻe with your family and friends. 3 live stages, over 75 local vendors, keiki zone, and more. This free event is open to the public.

Rice Street and Kress Street will be closed from 2-10pm from Umi Street to Kalena Street. Event and public parking located on Hardy Street, Umi Street, Convention Hall, and other public parking. Event will be from 4-8pm.
