This will be a hands-on workshop. We will cover:
- How to cleanse and program your bowl
- How crystal bowls are made & how they work to heal mind, body & spirit
- Musical notes and corresponding chakras
- You'll learn to play a variety of bows, or feel free to bring yours
- Lying down sound bath meditation to balance your chakras & aura
- intuitive chakra diagnosis art (writing or drawing)
