How to Make: Wild Drinks

Learn to brew healthy, naturally fizzy gut enriching drinks. In a small group setting - we'll make:

Kombucha & Jun
Mead discovery
Water Kefir
Beet Kvass
Whey soda

You'll go home with 3 large jars full to be nurtured and ferment at home in your own kitchen of Beet Kvass, Kombucha or Jun and Water Kefir (your choice of SCOBY) - a bottle of second fermenting Water Kefir that'll be ready the next day and a jar of raw honey ready to turn into Mead.

This is a fun and easy class for those who are first time dabblers in fermenting as well as the more experienced who are looking for a bit of guidance and hands on experience.

This workshop will be held in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria about an hour north of Melbourne; the address will be supplied closer to the date, however - we are just under 10 minutes walk from Macedon Station. x
