Årets ljusaste dag har nyligen passerat oss, men när mörkrets slöjor på allvar återigen börjar breda ut sig, de rasslande löven har fallit & luften fylls av ljuv krispighet, så behöver vi alla ett skinande ljus att se framemot:
☀️ SUN CITY SWING CAMP 2025!!!🎉
🎨 Vi erbjuder: initialt 3 nivåer av Lindy Hop med Boogie Woogie-mästarna Tobias Ramberg & Lena Magnusson, samt flera andra etablerade & färgstarka lärarpar från runtom vårt vackra land!
🎶 Jazzlegendarerna ´Skinner Swing Five´ från grannlandet i väst som kommer med en magisk sammansättning av musiker som bjuder upp till dans båda kvällarna! Däremellan lockar både inresta & lokala DJ:s oss med förtrollande stämning & härligt svängiga toner.
🍽️ Vi återupprepar även förra årets succé med att befinna oss i den vackra Mariebergsparken nära Karlstad citykärna, samt att vi erbjuder både inkluderade luncher i kurspaketen & gemytliga middagar som tillval - i gott samarbete med restaurang Matstudion på Terrassen!
🪭 Helgen innehåller således både kurser, socialdanskvällar, tasters, tävlingar, uppvisningar & möjligheten att avrunda helgen tillsammans med en härlig tedans! Som grädde på moset i slutet av ljustunneln, så kommer det även att finnas ett separat dansgolv som varierar mellan fartfylld Balboa & smäktande Blues under aftnarna..

The brightest day of the year has recently passed by, but when the veils of darkness begin to spread in earnest once again, the rustling leaves have fallen & the air is filled with sweet crispness, we all need a shining light to look forward to:
☀️ SUN CITY SWING CAMP 2025!!!🎉
🎨 We offer: initially 3 levels of Lindy Hop with Boogie Woogie masters Tobias Ramberg & Lena Magnusson, as well as several other established & colorful teachers from all over our beautiful country!
🎶 The jazz legends ´Skinner Swing Five´ joins us from our neighboring country to the west & comes with a magical composition of musicians that invites us to dance both evenings! In between, both visiting & local DJs entice us with an enchanting atmosphere & wonderfully swinging tones.
🍽️ We are also repeating last year's success by the event being both located in the beautiful Mariebergsparken near Karlstad city center, & that we offer both included lunches in the course packages & cozy dinners as an option - in tasteful cooperation with the restaurant Matstudion at Terrassen!
🪭 The weekend thus includes both courses, social dance evenings, tasters, competitions, shows & the opportunity to round off the weekend together with a lovely tea dance! As an icing on the cake at the end of the light tunnel, there will also be a separate dance floor that varies between fast-paced Balboa & languid Blues during the evenings..
