Skunk Ape 5 Mile & 10 Mile Trail Run

Welcome to the Skunk Ape 5 mile & 10 mile! This is the third of 4 summer races as part of the Wild Thangs Trail Series. Monte Sano SP is a magnificent 2100+ acre park with over 30 miles of single track trail. Everything from Bluff views, rivers, streams and much more.
The aid stations will be at the 1.6 mile mark and 4.2 mile mark for the both the 5 mile & 10 mile and the 6.5 mile mark for the 10 mile. Aid stations will be stocked with water, Gatorade, coke, pretzels & m&m's.
5 Mile & 10 Mile races start at 7:00am.

The race is capped at 350 runners. All runners who sign up for the Skunk Ape 5 Mile & 10 Mile will receive a t-shirt and awesome finisher award. If you are signed up for the entire Wild Thangs Trail Series ( https://ultrasignup.com/register.aspx?did=118222) you will receive 1 shirt for the entire series and you will receive a special finishers plaque to hang each of your awards from.
Packet pickup will be at RunningLane. RunningLane is located at 2407 Memorial Parkway SW, Ste 1, Huntsville, AL 35801. Packets may also be picked up the morning of the race from 6:00am - 6:45am but we encourage you to get there as early as possible! Skunk Ape 5 Mile & 10 Mile: Friday July 25th, 2025 from 12-5pm.
