The Edisto Island Triathlon

The Edisto Island Triathlon is a half iron distance triathlon event held entirely on Edisto Island and Edisto Beach, South Carolina. This soon to be world famous race features a "with the tide" channel swim and two loop bike that is flat and fast. The run course is a two loop out and back course along the island's "interior" roads and is one of the flattest run courses you will find. The event will be a single transition event with the transition area adjacent to the finish line at Bay Creek Park.
