Which way you start your loop will depend on your bib number and a coin toss. Once you complete the loop and are back at the aid station, you will go out the way you just came in and complete your next loop the opposite way.
This ensures safety and camaraderie. This also adds a different kind of challenge.

$1,000 Challenge
$1,000 Challenge Race Details: Which way you start your loop will depend on your bib number (each year we will have a new method)! Once you complete the 3.3 mile loop and are back at the aid station, you will go out the way you just came in and complete your next loop the opposite way. After 6 loops, you will go out clockwise on the course and complete roughly 1.4 miles and take a right off the trail onto Herilhy Road - following it to the aid station finish line.
Gender Equivalent: Men must complete the 6.5. laps in 3 hours. Women must complete the 6.5 laps in 3 hours and 17 minutes.
