We invite you to join us at the inaugural unofficial Shepherd Trail Run. This weekend is tailored for experienced trail runners seeking to enjoy the majestic mountains with friends at an affordable price.
“No medals, No BiB, No Crybabies”
The official unofficial 40 km route comprises a 25 km segment with a 1000 m elevation gain and a 15 km segment with a 750 m elevation gain, commencing on Saturday. While the routes will be marked, participants are required to utilize the provided GPX files.
The course offers breathtaking views, swimming pools, and pristine untouched nature, with only the occasional friendly shepherd encountered along the way. Most of the route is situated at altitudes above 3000m classifying it as Skyrunning.
For those wishing to bring family or friends, a variety of shorter and longer routes will be available, accommodating individuals seeking additional training for upcoming events.
