1-2-1 Creative Landscape Photography at Low Force Waterfall - County Durham

A 1-2-1 day with myself, Iain, in Upper Teesdale and on the edge of the Pennines, Low Force is a spectacular area for photography. With a deep gorge running through the area and some fantastic access to the lower falls, you will get some fabulous opportunities to get some stunning photos. The falls and the surrounding area were recently featured in the film 1917.
You will be learning how to freeze the motion of the these rapid falls and how to turn them into a milky stream falling over the rocks. You will also learn about composition and how to frame the shot for the perfect photo. You will have access to 10-stop ND filters throughout the day and be able to use them to get stunning photos.
The date of this workshop is listed as 25th Dec 2025, however, please note this is an open booking with the actual date to be agreed between tutor and student.
