Classic sprint, super sprint, and relay. Fast, friendly, and flat course.

Relay teams are 2-3 members

All racers receive a medal at the finish.

PLUS: We have probably the best hot sandwiches available to buy on the Isle and Artisan coffee, so there is plenty for your supporters to do whilst you are out on the course and also for you to refuel when you have finished.

Sprint:
Swim: 400 meters
Bike: 20 kilometers
Run: 5 kilometers

Super Sprint:
Swim: 200 meters
Bike: 10 kilometers
Run: 2.5 kilometers

Team Relay: Super Sprint Distance. Teams of 2-3.
Swim: 200 meters
Bike: 10 kilometers
Run: 2.5 kilometers

Aquabike: Sprint Distance. No running!
Swim: 400 meters
Bike: 20 kilometers
