Bunny Run Virtual 5K


BUNNY RUN 5K - Now Virtual!

Due to CoViD-19 Restrictions all shirts and medals will be mailed. There will be no distribution at the park on Thursday April 9. Please check your email for details.

We waited as long as we could in the hopes that there was some possibility that we would be able to have the Bunny Run 5K as scheduled but today we received word from the City of Aberdeen that we would not be able to proceed as planned.

We are changing this 5K race over to a Virtual Race and all currently registered participants will be registered for the Virtual Race, with VR registration remaining open.

We ask that you all run or walk your miles and send us your results - use your SmartPhone, iPhone, Garmin, FitBit, GearFit, Applewatch - anything that shows your distance and time - and we will compile your results.

Drive up packet pickup is planned for Festival Park on April 9, 2020 from 4-6 pm with bibs, shirts, and medals included. If you can't make this time, please let us know and we will make sure you get your items. We will be sure to send out an email confirming this information and providing details about the specific process as we get closer to the date. This is new for us too!

We will miss seeing everyone on April 11 but we will see you at races in the future.

In the meantime, best wishes for health and safety to you and your families. Stay strong everyone! We will get through this.
