A 25 Hour Yoga Intensive to deepen, support, and celebrate your yoga practice on and off the mat! Join Mary Susan for a 5 Day, 25HR intensive this fall in Crested Butte, Colorado at Yoga For the Peaceful - CB. In this dynamic, supportive, educational, and inspiring deep dive into your practice, we will slow down to explore the subtleties, nuances, and intricacies of our asana, pranayama, and meditation practices. We will think about the intention of making our practice whole and creating space to approach the yoga practice from a holistic perspective, and progress together as we breathe, learn, and laugh alongside one another. We will be knowledgably and compassionately weaving together the traditions of Iyengar and Ashtanga as we flow through this 5-Day intensive. Mary Susan will be sharing all of her knowledge and experience from her 25 years of yoga practice, nearly 10 years experience of teaching, and thousands of hours of practice study, and training with her mentor and teacher Maty Ezraty as well as other many wonderful and seasoned teachers throughout the years.

Each day will begin with a 2-3 hour sustainable alignment-based asana practice including some meditation and pranayama, and then we will move on to dive into other areas of our practice and journey further exploring our inner dynamics, our self, our hearts, our breath, and our mind-space.

Date: October 23rd - 27th -- 12-5:30pm each day. There will be time given for a brief 20-30 min lunch and break each day.

***About 2 years of practice is suggested for attending this intensive, and all levels are welcome and encouraged to join us. This intensive is appropriate for all curious and dedicated practitioners.students, and new and experienced teachers.
