About this Event

What to expect: Sound baths help soothe the physical, emotional and mental bodies bringing one into a calm and rejuvenated state. The combination of the singing bowls and voice help entrain the brain into a theta brain wave state, which helps one surrender into the present moment where they are still actively aware yet completely relaxed.

When: Second Saturday of every month

Time: 11:15am - 12:15pm
