We are thrilled to invite you to a unique culinary event at Dakota Vines Vineyard and Winery! Join us for an exclusive appetizer and wine pairing event, hosted by Bob & Deb, who will share insights into the winery's history and our wine selections.

Event Highlights:

Enjoy a Selection of Nine Appetizers and five Dakota Vines wine samples:

  • VEGGIE CUP with BUTTERMILK RANCH - MEADOWLARK (Itasca)
  • HAM AND CHEDDAR PINWHEEL & DEVILED EGG – HORIZON (dry rosé)
  • SWEDISH STYLE MEATBALLS & FRENCH BREAD WITH GARLIC BUTTER - ROUGHRIDER (Frontenac)
  • TERIYAKI GLAZED CHICKEN SKEWER & GRILLED PINEAPPLE WITH SWEET CHILI SAUCE - PRAIRIE SKY (La Crescent)
  • BROWNIE WITH SALTED CARAMEL & CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY – DAKOTA NOIR (Dakota Vines’ “Port Style” Wine - Fortified Frontenac)

Interactive Wine Discussion: Bob will briefly discuss each wine during the five rounds of pairings, offering you the opportunity to learn more and ask questions.

Schedule for the Evening:

6:00 - 6:15 PM: Guests Arrive

6:15 - 6:30 PM: Welcome from Dakota Vines

6:30 - 7:45 PM: Five Rounds of Appetizer and Wine Pairings

7:45 - 8:30 PM: Time to Relax and Enjoy a Little More Time at Dakota Vines
