4 week pottery wheel beginner course, includes: 4 x classes, 25 lb of clay, open studio time, supervised practice time, firing and glazing.

About this Event

Do you want to learn how to throw pots on your own ? This is the course for you! Expand your wheel throwing knowledge with our 4 week course that goes over centering, throwing, trimming, and glazing.

This course is designed for begginers with little or no knowledge of the pottery process, we will essentially teach you all the basic techniques you need to start your pottery journey.

The course includes 25 LBS of practice clay, (4) Three hour classes, firings, access to studio glazes, priority on membership waitlist, unlimited practice hours during those 4 weeks.

CLASS 1 : Centering clay on the wheel

CLASS 2 : Throwing ( shapes desired )

CLASS 3 : Trimming and attaching.

CLASS 4 : Glazing and deco

Includes: (4) 3 hour classes + class clay + unlimited studio time ( 4 weeks) + firing fees and studio glazes (4 weeks )+ 25 lbs of practice clay

*Class meets wednesdays from 6 to 9 pm OR Saturdays 10 am to 1pm.
