This gathering invites you to slow down and receive intentional care from our practitioners, the medicine of cacao and from your own heart. Sheri Morgan will begin the workshop with a heart opening, shamanic guided cacao ceremony. She will follow with selected readings from "Be Here Now" by Ram Das while Corey "Yoga Bro" Happel plays soft, ambient sound healing instruments.

Although all necessary props are available, you are encouraged to bring your mat(s), a pillow and additional blanket(s) for extra comfort.
