Breathing techniquesThe day will include technical lectures (part of AIDA 2*), breathing and relaxation, technique and two hours of practical time in the pool.You will be introduced to sub-aquatic relaxation strategies that will not only benefit freedivers, but also SCUBA divers, sports enthusiasts and help to eliminate stress (exams, meetings etc). Learn all the essential principles of freediving with plenty of opportunity for questions.You will just need your normal swimming gear and a t-shirt or rash vest to wear in the pool (to keep warm). Bring some comfortable clothes for relaxation/yoga/breathing exercises on the mats.
