Kids can join class with supervised adults, or play off to the side of class. No Yoga Mat is required. BYO beach towel or blanket for practice, lounging on the lawn, enjoying the splash pad, or if you hit the beach.

We practice on a firm turf lawn ( no holes, bumps, bugs, dog poo, or sand ) for easy-flowing movements and balance.
