Sundays are for slowing down and finding your bliss. Enjoy a Slow Flow Yoga or a Yin Yoga class (we alternate styles every week).

About this Event

This class happens RAIN or SHINE! We have an indoor space as well as a patio with shaded areas throughout the yard.

Join us for Yoga in the yard at Crooked Hammock Brewery at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach.

Class fee is $15 and includes a complimentary 16 oz beer or a non-alcoholic beverage as well as preferred seating after class. Use this link to reserve your space.

Style of yoga will change each week, we alternate between Yin and Slow Flow. Classes are always appropriate for people of all levels. Kids are welcome to come for free.
