Guided by KJ, The Rooted Yogi, we’ll open our circle with grounding breathwork, gentle movement, and meaningful intention-setting.

Jamie Nicole will bathe us in healing sound and sacred voice, inviting a deep inner restoration.

Then, DJ Oceana leads us into embodied expression through conscious dance—an invitation to celebrate your freedom and joy in sisterhood.

This is your time to pause. To breathe. To remember.Because when women gather, we become an unstoppable force of nature.
