Farm to Table Dinner ft Chef Ryan Rizzuto
About this Event
At Ranchito Milkyway you'll find an intimate venue for a farm to table experience. Why? Well, you'll be eating vegetables right where they are grown- served by the people who grew them (farmers all cleaned up, of course), and cooked by a chef who's treat to himself is cooking for this event.
Chef Ryan was a supporter of Ranchito Milkyway from when we were just getting started at a community garden, and a fierce ally for local food. He is currently sous-chef at Google, serving meals inspired from all of the world and running a kitchen serving over a thousand people. Over the years he's learned from the best, started his own pop up (Southside Biscuits- if anyone is still dreaming of the chicken sandwich then we are with you), lead the kitchen and trainings at Kitchens For Good, and has stayed silly and humble the whole time.
The menu for this dinner will be inspired by the seasonal summer vegetables, the story of Ranchito Milkyway, and Chef Ryan's Italian roots.
Join us for the slowing down, the cherishing of food at it's ideal ripeness and season, and the spirit of putting your heart into what you make, plating it, and eating it up to make room for dessert.
