About this Event
Welcome to Uncomfortable Courage!
We’re looking for people whose work speaks louder than their bios. CEOs who make a social impact, community organizers, grassroots volunteers, educators, harm reduction advocates, small business owners building differently—if you're driving change and have a story to tell, we want to hear from you.
Your story will be shared across social platforms to inspire action to make your work more visible, tangibly supported, and ultimately catalyze your impact.
Apply here by August 2, 2025.
You should apply if:
- You’re actively involved in work that is changing the world
- You’ve overcome significant personal or systemic barriers—and are still showing up to make an impact
- You believe in transparency, positive impact, and want to mobilize others to join your cause
Examples of who might apply:
- An actuary who organizes for immigration defense after work
- A rural nurse fighting to keep a clinic open for women's health
- A youth leader organizing housing justice campaigns
- A faith leader protecting asylum seekers in their congregation
- A digital creator teaching civics in a way schools won’t
If you're doing courageous, uncomfortable, necessary work (particularly if it's being threatened in 2025) —we want to tell your story.
