Come join us for a fun and creative Uchiwa-fan painting class at the PLAT ABC Summer Culture Festival! The event will take place at PLAT ABC Culture Exchange Center on Sunday 10th August starting 11:00am end at 12:00.

Washi made Uchiwa fan have unique texture and loved by Japanese during summer season. Instroctor will teach you to paint the Uchiwa fan and to produce 'One-and-Only Uchiwa' for your own.
