Mamá Mvmt by Las Mamá Citas
Join us for a refreshing reset at Roscoe Warren Park in Homestead as we gather with fellow mamás to move our bodies — our temples — and pour into our wellness together.
We’ll kick things off with a walk around the park (2 laps, about 1.5 miles) at your own pace — whether you’re power walking, pushing a stroller, or just taking in the scenery and conversation. After the walk, we’ll settle in by the playground for a picnic-style hangout where the kids can play and mamas can connect.
P.S. Wear a pop of pink! It could be a shirt, scrunchie, hat — anything! Let’s show up in sisterhood and make it easy to spot one another.
What to Bring:

- Snack or lunch for you and your littles 🧺
- Stroller (optional, whatever works for you!) 🛒
