Guided by high-vibrational music, crystal sound bowls, and the spirit of the natural elements, ECHOES invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to your inner rhythm. You’ll be held in a soundscape that flows through Earth, Water, Fire, and Air—activating healing, clarity, and deep presence.

After the journey, we open a creative space for reflection and expression. Journal your insights, paint what you felt, write a poem, or simply sit in silence and integrate. All forms of expression are welcome.

Bring a journal, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel comfortable and grounded.

Art supplies will be available, or you may bring your own.
