Ecstatic Dance Ceremony Event

Come join us for a night of Ecstatic Dance at our event! Let loose, move your body, and connect with others through the power of music and movement. This event will be held at 314 S Melrose Dr ste 208 Vista, CA.

Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance, moving meditation, a mindful and transformative experience, and a journey of self-discovery. Focusing on release, connection, and self-expression.

Join us on Friday, July 18th from 7pm to 10pm at Rise Spiritual Center for a special ecstatic dance ceremony. We will start with a sacred Cacao ceremony to open up our hearts and connect deeper to ourselves and one another. Followed by an invocation calling upon our higher selves, ancestors, angels, and guides. This is a safe space to fully express yourself and we will set the guidelines. If you've never experienced an ecstatic dance, we will guide you into the movement and through an energetic playful connection. Be prepared to experience an ego death. We will conclude with a sound bath to ground.
