Experience grounding, accessible breathwork and a soothing sound bath meditation. Come explore the inner landscape of your own Mystic Heart space.

• Quiet your mind, drop into heart energy
• Experience full-body relaxation and healing states
• Soothe anxiety, tension and decrease stress
• Feel a deeper interconnection of mind, body, heart and spirit
• Journey inward, connect, ground and center

• For your maximum comfort create your own "nest to rest"
• Please bring a yoga mat if reclining on the floor
• If choosing to sit on the floor, please bring a small pillow to rest & elevate your bum
• Seated, chair or reclined meditaiton all welcome
• Suggested: for additional comfort, a small pillow for your head
• Optional: an eye pillow or small cloth to cover your eyes
• Wear something cozy & comfortable to relax!
