Strong Body, Strong Mind, Strong Year!Start the school year with confidence and focus at our 4-day Back-to-School Camp designed for kids ages 5–12. Open to all experience levels, this camp blends Jiu-Jitsu with mindset training, fun games, and team-building activities.

Each day includes:

• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & movement drills
• Journaling & confidence-building discussions
• Games, snack breaks, and meditation
• Daily themes like confidence, focus, healthy habits, and gratitude

This camp helps kids sharpen focus, build resilience, and enter the school year ready to succeed—on and off the mat.
