Join us for an exploration of mindfulness in nature with yoga and meditation teacher Jennie. Through simple meditation and mindfulness techniques, we will deepen our connection with the natural world, engaging our senses and finding stillness in the present moment.
No prior experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to slow down and connect with nature.
This is a series of sessions, all self-contained and running through summer. Feel free to join just one or all.
