About this Event

Mozzarella is a very simple and delicious introduction to cheese making. In this class, students will have the opportunity to see the cheese making process up close and personal - coagulation, cutting and cooking curds- and have the opportunity to stretch their own batch of mozzarella. Everyone will go home with fresh, homemade mozzarella to impress their friends and family!
