Water Bath Canning: Pickles

In this class we will learn the basics of water bath canning and pickle making. We will discuss the difference between pressure canning, water bath canning, pickles, and quick pickles. This class will cover all the information you need to safely pickle and and water bath can vegetables. The class will end with a hands on pickle canning activity.
