Brought to you by Nicola Smithson and Cathy Ballard, we believe that connecting consciously and mindfully is a powerful way to make new friends, build confidence and create deeper relationships.
We value collaboration over competition, we feel passionately about business, and believe that when women come together, something really powerful happens and we are excited that we create a space where you can feel super confident, welcome and relaxed.
No stuffy networking or awkward introductions – we are all about holding space for organic connection and inclusion.

Meet your hosts:
Nicola is a high performance coach, she specialises in female empowerment & wellbeing. She believes if you want more you need to become more, she is passionate about helping women get "unstuck" & unlock their potential to say YES to a No Limit Life, with a scientifically proven methodology in positive psychology
Cathy is an intuitive trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, transformation coach and mindfulness guide with over 25 years experience in the wellbeing world. She specialises in supporting women to rediscover their authentic selves, their power and their self-belief so they can navigate life’s difficulties with confidence, experience greater wellbeing and thrive in a way that feels aligned and congruent to them.
