Join us at 8/10 on the patio of Barquentine Brewery with yoga from Liz Bessey! Followed by sips and sparkles from Cosmic Moth and Shrimp!

Join us Sunday morning, August 10th, for Sips, Sparkles and Savasna!

We will start on the patio of Barquentine Brewery at 10am for Yoga with Liz Bessey, the sillest yoga goose there ever was!

Barquentine opens at 11am, right as class ends! Head to the bar for drinks. All beers will be discounted to $6 for attendees! Cosmic Moth and Shrimp will be in the brewery to help sparkle you. With tooth gems, glitter and tinsel!

This is a great opportunity for Yoga for all! Bring your friends, partner, meet new friends, join in community!
